When I was working as a research assistant I was assigned as a research project assistant by Dr. Abu Reza Md Towfiqul Islam during June, 2019- November, 2019. The project was organized by Rangpur Dinajpur Rural Service (RDRS) entitled "A Study on Flood Vulnerability and Livelihood Relationship in Char Area of Nageswari Upazila under Kurigram District". It was a Transboundary Flood Resilience Project in Kurigram. I investigated here the socio-economic challenges, agricultural system and communication system during flood occurrence.
My Role:
- Assisted in field visit in Nageswari which is a remote flood affected transboundary area
- Performed data analysis for research purposes
- The field visit was conducted
